About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and train a team of client service specialists during the weekend night shift
- Respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints
- Resolve issues regarding orders, delivery dates, or service quality
- Determine the cause of client complaints and implement effective solutions and corrections
- Record consistent problem areas to improve service quality
- Handle complex client responses that may require deviations from standard procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of client service experience
- Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding operations
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a high quality focus in a fast-paced environment
