Client Service Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train a team of client service specialists during the weekend day shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints.
• Resolve issues regarding orders, delivery dates, or service quality.
• Manage client complaints by determining root causes, selecting optimal solutions, and following up to ensure full resolution.
• Record consistent problem areas to improve operational processes.
• Handle complex client responses that may require deviations from standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client service role.
• Proven knowledge of Freight Forwarding operations.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a high quality focus in a fast-paced environment.
