About the role
Responsibilities
- Offer consultation services via phone and email
- Provide price quotations and register sample information
- Answer client queries regarding orders
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely order completion
- Keep clients updated on order status
- Handle ad-hoc assignments from managers
Requirements
- College degree or above in any discipline
- Science, Engineering, or technical discipline preferred
- Good command of oral and written English (CET 4 or above)
- Strong communication and language skills
- Self-initiated and able to work independently
- Good team player
