About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and update clinician schedules to ensure efficient session allocation and resolve conflicts.
- Coordinate clinician availability, appointment bookings, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of clinician schedules, session logs, and client appointments in scheduling systems.
- Assist in clinician onboarding by ensuring proper documentation and schedule integration.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and updating tracking sheets.
- Support commercial growth by assisting with marketing materials and coordinating logistics for EAP (Employee Assistance Program) events.
- Liaise with clinicians and internal teams to facilitate smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in appointment scheduling, healthcare administration, marketing coordination, or clinic operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to handle high-volume scheduling and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Malay, Tamil, or other foreign languages is an advantage.
- Experience working in a mental health, healthcare, or service industry setting.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
