About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and management of small to medium projects or specific components of large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Plan, organize, and control the activities of cross-functional project teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope control, staffing coordination, and resource management.
  • Manage project communications, risks, and issue resolution, providing regular status updates to sponsors and management.
  • Facilitate collaborative solutions to organizational problems and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management tools and disciplines.
  • Assimilate complex information into concise reports and presentations for senior executives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and/or process improvement.
  • Proven experience within the financial services industry.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recognized professional credentials in project management or process improvement.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Scheduler, or similar analytical and reporting applications.
  • Demonstrated success managing global initiatives across multiple diverse teams.
