About the role
Responsibilities
- Address customer questions, requests, concerns, or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain regular and professional contact with internal and external customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Process orders from inquiry to final report and invoice
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Analyze and propose improvements to the customer service process
- Collaborate with sales and operation teams to ensure timely responses
