- Collaborate with internal event coordination and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain clear communication across phone, email, and in-person channels
- Support overall event operations to ensure a smooth and engaging customer experience
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently
