About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute inbound mail and packages
  • Process outbound shipments and maintain tracking documentation
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks for supplies and equipment
  • Monitor and restock office and warehouse supplies
  • Set up meeting and conference rooms
  • Provide backup reception and front desk coverage
  • Support pantry, barista, or kitchen areas
  • Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or office support preferred
  • Ability to lift and move 40–60 lbs
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
