About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions
  • Manage money movement, security transfers, and loan transactions
  • Adhere to firm controls policies, procedures, and FINRA regulations
  • Protect client assets against potential fraud activities
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal business groups to execute transactions
  • Identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services

Requirements

  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent client service experience
  • Experience with a wide array of financial products
