About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions
- Manage money movement, security transfers, and loan transactions
- Adhere to firm controls policies, procedures, and FINRA regulations
- Protect client assets against potential fraud activities
- Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal business groups to execute transactions
- Identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services
Requirements
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent client service experience
- Experience with a wide array of financial products
