Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Address client inquiries regarding Index products, methodologies, and calculation processes efficiently and professionally
• Act as the primary link between clients and the organization to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Develop deep client relationships through proactive follow-ups and onboarding new users into STOXX Indices services
• Publish and explain index-related announcements that impact client investment processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Technology, Operations, and Product teams, to resolve issues

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of client support or service experience within financial services or a data environment
• Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build and maintain macros
• Strong understanding of financial markets and index products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Working proficiency in the Japanese language
• Experience working with internal technology and operations stakeholders
