Client Service Associate, Investments

Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure and administrative support to several Financial Advisors (FAs)
• Handle customer requests, inquiries, and service needs to ensure a positive client experience
• Manage Financial Advisors' calendars, including scheduling appointments
• Perform administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, uploading documents, and data entry
• Act as a subject matter expert in business line systems and processes
• Identify business growth opportunities through research, reports, and client reviews
• Collaborate with FAs to assist in growing their business and accomplishing sales goals
• Maintain database records and provide reporting support

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, Communications, or an equivalent field
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales-related occupations
• Required NASD licenses: Series 7, 65 & 63 or 66
• Required appropriate state insurance licenses
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Established work history in financial services or sales support
