Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational service support and manage transactional requests for clients
• Resolve client problems promptly and effectively while identifying enhancement opportunities
• Handle escalations and conduct investigations into various service needs
• Publish regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track performance
• Collect and analyze client feedback to identify service gaps and optimize satisfaction
• Ensure all interactions and documentation comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
• Apply the Risk Management Framework to make sound, risk-informed decisions that protect bank assets

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in client relationship management, financial services, or service excellence within a corporate or banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline (or commensurate work experience)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis reporting
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and detail-oriented skills
• Foundational knowledge of regulatory compliance and document management
