About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Investment Advisors (IAs) and branch operations through day-to-day administration and exceptional client service.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, including social media initiatives, client recognition, and event planning.
  • Schedule and prepare client portfolio reviews, including setting up calls and meetings.
  • Manage client inquiries, account maintenance, new account setups, transfers, and fund remittances.
  • Execute client-initiated trades and provide requested stock information.
  • Maintain and organize client databases, files, and regulatory documentation.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing assets to notify IAs of required portfolio rebalancing.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members on technology, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in wealth management or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of investment processes and administrative procedures.
  • Strong understanding of trade processing rules and compliance regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet all licensing and certification requirements for the specific jurisdiction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Insurance and group products.
  • Experience with Trust and Estate services.
  • Background in Financial or Retirement planning.
