About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide client relationship support by deepening existing connections and offering proactive communication
  • Schedule meetings and appointments via phone, text, and email
  • Prepare meeting agendas, forms, and client summary letters
  • Conduct appointment reminders and follow-up calls regarding outstanding items
  • Support marketing efforts, including seminar coordination, in-person events, and social media engagement
  • Coordinate client appreciation events for the practice
  • Manage office operations including answering calls, greeting clients, processing mail, and ordering supplies
  • Assist financial advisors with other allowable administrative duties

Requirements

  • 3+ years of similar professional experience
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and transition quickly between tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in the financial services industry
