About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client relationship support through proactive communication via call, text, and email
- Schedule client meetings, prepare appointment agendas, and complete summary letters following meetings
- Conduct appointment reminders and follow-up calls to ensure client needs are met
- Support marketing efforts, including the coordination of seminars, in-person events, and social media engagement
- Coordinate client appreciation events and greet clients upon arrival to extend hospitality
- Manage office operations, including answering phones, processing mail, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist financial advisors with administrative duties and provide guidance regarding practice compliance
Requirements
- 3+ years of similar professional experience
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and transition quickly between tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the financial services industry
