Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors in servicing clients by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions.
• Manage client meetings by scheduling, building agendas, entering data into contact managers, and providing necessary follow-up.
• Handle new business paperwork, including form preparation, signature acquisition, and tracking insurance applications and rollovers.
• Coordinate marketing events by organizing logistics, contacting vendors, and managing compliance documentation.
• Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, processing expense reports, and preparing client correspondence.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a client service environment.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and various software applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
