About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist advisors in servicing clients by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions.
- Manage client meeting logistics, including scheduling, data entry, agenda building, and providing vital follow-up.
- Ensure efficient submission of new business paperwork, including form preparation, signature acquisition, and tracking insurance applications.
- Coordinate marketing events by organizing details, contacting vendors, and managing compliance documentation.
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, processing expense reports, and preparing client correspondence.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a client service environment.
- Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong computer and software proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with all levels of the organization.
