About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for global client inquiries, building trusted relationships across multiple regions.
  • Deliver key performance indicators focused on enhancing the client experience through proactive problem-solving.
  • Manage departmental risk and ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with support functions and partner business units to ensure timely and accurate client responses.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor operations and personnel to maintain adherence to firmwide standards and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within banking, payments, or client services.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex issues and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of banking products and payment operations.
  • Experience mentoring frontline employees and supporting skills development.
  • Hands-on experience in project coordination or management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with automation tools and digital platforms to streamline workflows.
