Client Service Analyst - Livechat (Arabic)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with all inquiries via live chat and email
• Ensure an efficient and excellent customer service experience
• Maintain deep knowledge of the company's platform, products, and general market conditions
• Diligently manage and follow up on inquiries and complaints from current and prospective clients
• Convert customer needs into constructive feedback and suitable solutions for management
• Monitor frontline operations to flag discrepancies or situational risks to management promptly
• Continuously seek ways to improve team performance and work efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (reading, writing, and communication)
• 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in frontline operations like Livechat and Email
• Ability to work a 5-day shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong acumen with numbers and statistics
• Passion for developing a long-term career in the fintech or crypto trading industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in financial institutions or fintech companies
• A minimum of a diploma in business administration or business management
