Client Service Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Wealth Management clients via phone and email
• Provide exceptional customer service and detailed product knowledge to support clients' financial journeys
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex client queries and issues
• Handle challenging conversations and client complaints with professionalism
• Identify and recommend process improvements within the Customer Support function
• Adapt communication styles to meet diverse customer needs and ensure a high-quality experience

Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English (verbal and written)
• Excellent customer service skills with strong telephone and email etiquette
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
• High level of technical skill within the field of expertise
• Ability to exercise discretion, judgment, and handle sensitive information
• Ability to work onsite in Taguig City, Philippines

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within financial services
• Empathetic problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning
