Client Service Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary service contact for a client portfolio within Commercial Banking
• Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and ensure timely follow-up
• Own and address client problems by identifying underlying issues and patterns
• Serve as a liaison between Relationship teams, Operations, and Treasury Management Sales
• Identify and mitigate risks to prevent fraudulent account activity
• Develop expertise in commercial treasury management products and services
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving client service delivery and process innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in client service, banking, or financial services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to address client issues and ensure satisfaction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work night shifts as required by the role
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project tracking and automation tools such as Jira or UIPath
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Power Apps, or SharePoint
• Understanding of data management systems and cloud services
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and scripting languages
