Client Service Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide product expertise and support for financial planning, sales, and service to private wealth advisors and relationship managers
• Oversee the preparation of new business proposals and client presentations based on specific client needs
• Act as the primary service contact for clients, taking ownership of issues and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them
• Develop relationship development plans for assigned clients to maximize lifetime value
• Coordinate account opening procedures and all required client onboarding activities
• Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and financial plan data inputs
• Maintain sales tracking, forecasts, pipelines, and relationship databases
• Ensure compliance with risk management processes, regulatory requirements, and privacy policies

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning and wealth management principles
• Proficiency in office software and sales management software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
