Client Service Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide product expertise and support for financial planning business development and sales within the Law Firm Group
• Act as the primary service contact for clients to ensure an exceptional experience for wealth advisors and relationship managers
• Oversee the preparation of new business proposals, presentations, and financial plan reports
• Identify and share business development opportunities to help grow the market business
• Build relationship development plans for assigned clients to maximize lifetime value
• Manage client issues by collaborating with internal stakeholders or escalating as necessary
• Coordinate account opening procedures and all required client onboarding activities
• Maintain sales tracking, forecasts, pipelines, and relationship databases
• Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to monitor performance
• Ensure compliance with risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and privacy policies

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning and wealth management products
• Proficiency in office software and sales management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks and influence business opportunities
