Client Service Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary liaison between clients, laboratory management, and department personnel
• Provide quality and timely responses to internal and external client inquiries and requests
• Communicate results, problems, and discrepancies to clients and follow issues through to resolution
• Track and trend client data to identify concerns, complaints, and emerging trends
• Set up new client accounts in LIMS and create necessary documentation for sample submission
• Maintain detailed records of all client communications and specific requirements
• Notify the laboratory of special client requirements and monitor for compliance
• Ensure all activities maintain compliance with ISO 17025 standards

Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of laboratory experience
• Proficiency with LIMS and Client Portal systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and problem prevention skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant approach under stressful conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a closely related field
