Responsibilities
- Respond to calls from client locations
- Provide technical assistance via hotline to clients and field colleagues
- Monitor systems and perform diagnostics through the web portal
- Interact with technicians, colleagues, and clients visiting locations
- Analyze anomalies and implement corrective measures
- Process remote online machine configurations and modifications
- Provide professional service levels and client assistance
- Investigate client complaints and report cases to the technical team
Requirements
- 0-4 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate English level is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and adaptability

- Technical affinity
