Client Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as a professional first point of contact for key clients via phone and email
• Support client onboarding, system maintenance, and accurate record keeping
• Provide training and support to clients using the ALS online system
• Monitor turnaround targets and progress of client results, escalating issues when necessary
• Support service delivery through SLAs, satisfaction surveys, and complaint management
• Maintain pricing accuracy and investigate invoice queries to ensure timely payments
• Manage shared inboxes and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients
• A proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful approach to work
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of internal IT systems and databases
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or office administration is preferred
