Client Sales Team Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries related to sales activities, orders, and account needs.
• Communicate with Life Sciences, Population Health, and Academic clients to ensure issues are resolved professionally.
• Partner with Sales team members to ensure smooth progression from initial quote to signed sales order.
• Coordinate with internal proposal and pricing teams to assist with the creation and processing of Sales Orders and Change Orders.
• Maintain and update CRM entries, ensuring opportunities, client notes, and follow-up actions are accurately logged.
• Support Sales Leadership in maintaining pipeline accuracy and opportunity progression.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, client support, sales operations, or project coordination.
• English fluency is required for this global role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate clearly and assertively in a professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in SaaS or the Life Sciences industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Navision or 365 Business Central.
