Client Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Engage with new strategic accounts to uncover revenue opportunities and develop customized solutions for Enterprise prospects
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives, Reward Directors, and Wellbeing leaders
• Partner with Sales Development teams to strategize on opening new opportunities and maintain a consistent pipeline
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to improve talent attraction and spend efficiency
• Represent Wellhub at key industry events, forums, and conferences

Requirements

• Proven success in SaaS enterprise sales with new logo acquisition (501+ FTEs)
• Experience managing complex sales cycles of 6 months or longer
• Track record of driving revenue with ticket sizes of £100K - £500K+
• Ability to engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders across HR and Finance
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Proficiency with generative AI tools and prompt engineering
