Client Relationship Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch client service and operational support to Financial Advisors and High-Net-Worth clients
• Manage client onboarding, including new account paperwork and information gathering
• Execute account maintenance, registration changes, and profile updates
• Process asset movements such as journals, wire transfers, and EFTs
• Assist with quarterly billing, performance reporting, and tax information gathering
• Maintain accurate data within the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Handle client issue resolution and general administrative functions
• Perform trade execution and trade error resolution as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Wealthscape Investor, or Black Diamond
• Knowledge of estate matters
