Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sales relationships for strategically significant accounts
• Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day and escalated issues
• Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning and proactive communication
• Protect existing revenue streams and identify new solution or service opportunities
• Build and execute account-specific relationship frameworks including QBRs and status calls
• Coordinate activities and provide leadership on key projects across internal business units
• Conduct regular briefings on account status to senior management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management or client relationship roles supporting Banks and Financial Clients
• Project management experience with excellent organizational skills
• Proven track record of building and nurturing multi-level client relationships
• Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop creative solutions to complex problems
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of wealth management, banking, and financial services
• Experience with offshore IT Managed Services delivery teams
• Experience with complex software sales lifecycles
