About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage post-sales relationships for strategically significant accounts
- Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day and escalated issues
- Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning and proactive communication
- Protect existing revenue streams and identify new solution or service opportunities
- Build and execute account-specific relationship frameworks including QBRs and status calls
- Coordinate activities and provide leadership on key projects across internal business units
- Conduct regular briefings on account status to senior management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client relationship roles supporting Banks and Financial Clients
- Project management experience with excellent organizational skills
- Proven track record of building and nurturing multi-level client relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel 50%
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of wealth management, banking, and financial services
- Experience with offshore IT Managed Services delivery teams
- Experience with complex software sales lifecycles
