Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio of standard to moderate complexity within the Growth segment of Canadian Commercial Banking.
• Identify prospects in target markets and develop robust sales pipelines to drive business growth.
• Partner with Credit Solution Associates on credit portfolios for authorizations up to $5MM.
• Conduct sales planning activities, execute business development strategies, and build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal partners including Global Transaction Banking, Wealth Management, and Retail to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Perform initial analysis and work with the credit team to complete credit applications.
• Ensure satisfactory client onboarding by partnering with the Service team.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial banking and business development.
• Proven track record of strong sales and closing skills.
• Strong commercial credit skills and knowledge of lending and deposit products.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
