Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Strategically build, maintain, and expand key federal client relationships to support long-term firm growth
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned federal clients
• Develop and execute comprehensive client growth strategies aligned with federal agency needs
• Lead capture and pursuit strategies for major federal opportunities, including SF-330 and federal proposal development
• Coordinate with technical leaders, project managers, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality client service
• Manage client negotiations and ensure compliance with federal contracting regulations
• Identify and resolve client performance concerns through collaboration with internal leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, landscape architecture, public administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the consulting industry
• At least 8 years of experience supporting federal clients, facilities construction, or operations
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging senior-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners
• Working knowledge of engineering, construction, and business development terminology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with federal procurement, compliance, and delivery processes
• Familiarity with community, regional, or statewide engagement strategies
