Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with existing clients to drive retention and long-term loyalty
• Deliver product training and education to increase client adoption and engagement
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell InfoTrack products and services
• Monitor client usage, proactively address risks, and minimise churn
• Manage a high volume of outbound client activity (30+ calls per day)
• Partner with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer success or sales
• Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling and achieving sales targets
• Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Confidence delivering client training, demonstrations or webinars
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach

• Knowledge of the legal or conveyancing industry
