About the role
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with existing clients to drive retention and long-term loyalty
- Deliver product training and education to increase client adoption and engagement
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell InfoTrack products and services
- Monitor client usage, proactively address risks, and minimise churn
- Manage a high volume of outbound client activity (30+ calls per day)
- Partner with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients
Requirements
- Experience in account management, customer success or sales
- Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling and achieving sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Confidence delivering client training, demonstrations or webinars
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach

- Knowledge of the legal or conveyancing industry
