Client Relationship Manager (Funds Management)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advocate for clients within the funds management sector.
• Assist with business development activities to achieve revenue expectations with existing clients.
• Manage client contractual and commercial arrangements, including updates to Service Level Agreements.
• Lead client meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all follow-up action items are completed.
• Liaise with clients regarding operational issues and escalations.
• Collaborate with internal operational teams and the Client Development team to address queries and complete reporting.
• Maintain accurate account and contact data within Salesforce, including daily task management.
• Support the Client Transition team with onboarding, service changes, or project requests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client relationship management or a business development related role.
• Proven experience within the financial services, funds management, or a similar industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
