Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, including setting up practice management systems and collecting documentation
• Handle ASIC and corporate secretarial administration, including tracking annual reviews and preparing forms
• Coordinate practice management workflows, monitoring deadlines and job statuses
• Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and triage communications to accountants
• Manage billing activities, including raising invoices, monitoring WIP, and following up on unpaid fees
• Coordinate client meetings and prepare necessary documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a client service or similar role
• Previous experience within the accounting industry
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy with client data
• Strong ability to coordinate workflows and meet deadlines
