Responsibilities
- Serve as the central relationship manager and primary contact for all client service requests
- Manage day-to-day client care including phones, emails, scheduling, and task tracking
- Coordinate client onboarding including account setup, transfers, and document collection
- Work with custodians and third-party providers to process account changes and money movements
- Prepare advisors for meetings by gathering reports and ensuring post-meeting tasks are completed
- Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM and custodial platforms
- Monitor client accounts and proactively communicate issues to the advisor
Requirements
- Significant experience in a client-facing support role within financial services
- Experience at an RIA or wealth management firm preferred
- Strong relationship-building and trust-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM and custodial platforms
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- CFP designation
- Background in financial planning, tax, or accounting
- Experience with portfolio management and rebalancing
- Experience managing workflows between in-office and remote teams
