About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end client engagement workflow, ensuring clear internal ownership and structured engagement cadences.
  • Act as the CRM product owner, defining and enforcing standards, workflows, and mandatory data fields.
  • Drive CRM adoption and discipline across teams, including senior stakeholders, to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and re-engage dormant or at-risk clients to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the commercial opportunity pipeline, monitoring stalled leads and preparing regular reviews for management.
  • Coordinate client targeting for corporate access events and ensure structured post-event follow-ups.
  • Support business development by preparing high-quality client presentations, proposals, and managing template libraries.
  • Provide targeted support to the CEO regarding client engagement and commercial initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in an investment management or stockbroking environment.
  • Proven exposure to institutional client service, client engagement, and business development support.
  • Practical experience working with CRM systems.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Administration, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
