About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the training sector
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and pricing negotiations
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Drive client retention and identify upselling opportunities
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales forecasts
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in the training or consulting sector in Saudi Arabia preferred
- Proven track record in closing deals and achieving revenue targets
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Based in Riyadh with a valid KSA driving license
