Client Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio within the Growth segment, focusing on clients with annual sales between $5MM-$15MM.
• Identify prospects in target markets and develop robust sales pipelines to drive business growth.
• Partner with Credit Solution Associates and Service teams to manage credit portfolios and ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Conduct sales planning, client calls, and initial credit analysis to qualify opportunities based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal partners across Global Transaction Banking, Wealth Management, and Retail to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Promote the profitable growth of the Canadian Commercial Banking portfolio within the assigned market area.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial banking and business development.
• Proven track record of strong sales and closing skills.
• Solid commercial credit skills and knowledge of commercial lending and deposit products.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage client and internal partner relationships.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and access to a vehicle.
