Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and monitoring of credit ratings
• Accompany customer visits and negotiations with national and international decision-makers
• Create and present reports for internal committees, partially in English
• Implement committee requirements in close cooperation with customers
• Maintain partial responsibility for the profitability of managed client relationships, including risk management in delinquency and collection
• Coordinate correspondence with customers and business partners
• Manage and update customer databases
• Collaborate with lawyers, consultants, internal departments, and external service providers
• Participate in risk management decisions regarding delinquency services and measures
• Assist in the implementation of projects based on team capacity

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field
• Experience in corporate banking or factoring is preferred
• Knowledge of business administration, corporate finance, and credit analysis
• Understanding of contract guidelines, clauses, and accounting principles
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
• IT proficiency
• High customer and service orientation
• Fluent English and business-level German
