Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of approximately 100 claims
• Serve as the dedicated front office relationship lead, providing proactive updates and high-touch service
• Drive claim momentum by coordinating with insurance carriers, medical providers, and third parties
• Identify coverage opportunities, damages, and recovery potential through detailed claims review
• Open and manage claims, ensuring all filings and deadlines are met
• Track and manage liens, balances, and related financial components
• Utilize Litify (Salesforce) to maintain accurate client records and performance metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams

Requirements

• Background in sales, account management, client success, or high-volume customer service
• Experience managing a book of clients with accountability for responsiveness
• Strong communication skills for building trust and handling sensitive conversations
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset
