Client Relationship Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage company incorporation, amendments, and documentation processes for clients.
• Liaise with government departments including the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, and Economic Departments to ensure timely lodgments.
• Oversee labor and immigration applications and client banking preparations.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML processes.
• Provide administrative support to the Country Manager and manage office operations and supplier relationships.
• Assist in preparing client proposals and drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate or professional services within KSA.
• Proven track record in operations, project management, and customer support.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Experience navigating GCC government portals and regulatory environments.
