Client Relationship Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors (FAs) and Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) on a daily basis
• Execute money movement transactions and answer non-investment related questions regarding client accounts
• Assist with account documentation, data entry for new account openings, and financial planning support
• Educate and enroll clients in digital tools such as MSOnline, eSign, and eAuthorization
• Support marketing strategies, including website maintenance and preparing materials for client meetings
• Manage administrative tasks including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, travel itineraries, and expense reporting
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to schedule follow-ups and manage client communications

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency required; College degree preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and client service skills
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licenses

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the financial services industry
