Responsibilities
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
- Conduct quality calls to ensure service standards and client satisfaction are met
- Handle client complaints and resolve conflicts professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client issues are resolved promptly
- Follow up with clients regarding pending payments
- Ensure all client requests are handled in a timely manner
- Keep detailed records of client communication and feedback
- Report significant client concerns to management
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, or Account Management
- Fluent English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
