Responsibilities

  • Handle client complaints and resolve conflicts professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client issues are resolved promptly
  • Follow up with clients regarding pending payments
  • Ensure all client requests are handled in a timely manner
  • Keep detailed records of client communication and feedback
  • Report significant client concerns to management

Requirements
