About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and maintain professional relationships
- Conduct quality calls to ensure service standards are consistently met
- Handle client complaints and resolve conflicts professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues
- Follow up with clients regarding pending payments
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and feedback
- Report significant client concerns to management
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, or Account Management
- Fluent English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to follow up and track tasks accurately
