About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact clients through phone calls and email campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong client relations to improve customer satisfaction
- Identify and research new business opportunities and qualify new leads
- Support the mobile service team and fulfill customer needs
- Organize workload, track leads, and update information in the CRM
- Close leads and meet established sales expectations
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or client relations
