About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact clients through phone calls and email campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strong client relations to improve customer satisfaction
  • Identify and research new business opportunities and qualify new leads
  • Support the mobile service team and fulfill customer needs
  • Organize workload, track leads, and update information in the CRM
  • Close leads and meet established sales expectations

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications
