Client Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite print production facility operations, including staff scheduling and workflow coordination
• Deliver high-quality print production services while meeting tight deadlines and client expectations
• Oversee administrative functions such as meter reads, time reporting, billing processes, and inventory management
• Maintain and manage print production equipment and recommend upgrades to improve efficiency
• Review and verify billing accuracy, including pre-work orders and final invoices
• Partner with Major Account Managers to support client relationships through communication and site visits
• Monitor and escalate helpdesk tickets and technical issues to ensure timely resolution

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years of experience in print production, digital printing, or a related industry
• Working knowledge of print equipment, production materials, and finishing processes
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in a production or service environment
• Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment, software, and workflow issues
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
