Client Relations Officer - Renewals

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative process for trade license renewals and provide timely assistance to clients and partners.
• Address inquiries via email and phone in accordance with organizational timelines and guidelines.
• Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate records and efficient portfolio management.
• Prepare and issue renewal quotations to clients and professional partners with high accuracy.
• Conduct thorough reviews of documentation, including passports, application forms, and resolutions, to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate closely with renewals consultants and other internal departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in English; additional spoken languages are a plus.
• Intermediate computer literacy, specifically with MS Office.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles and moderate mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
• Call center experience is preferred.

• Industry knowledge relating to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes.
