Client Relations Officer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative process for issuing or amending trade licenses
• Provide clients and professional partners with license-related information and documentation
• Issue quotes and manage license-related inquiries within organizational guidelines
• Monitor and update the CRM system regularly to manage work portfolios
• Analyze documentation accuracy, including passports, application forms, and resolutions
• Respond to partner and client queries via email and other communication channels
• Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain company reputation and integrity
• Foster long-lasting business relationships and handle client complaints effectively
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and renewals departments

Requirements

• Full English proficiency
• Intermediate computer literacy, specifically with MS Office
• Excellent customer service skills with effective communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship Management (CRM) is advantageous
• Additional spoken languages are a plus
